Bafana Bafana midfielder Siphesihle Ndlovu has expressed his joy after fulfilling his father's dream of him playing for Premier Soccer League giants Kaizer Chiefs.

The former Orlando Pirates midfielder joined Amakhosi this summer from SuperSport United for an undisclosed fee, just like ex-Bucs stars Thabiso Monyane and Paseka Mako who also joined Amakhosi.

He got his first goal for his new club during their 1-0 win over Polokwane City in their last fixture in the Betway Premiership.

Ndlovu opens up on dream move to Chiefs

Ndlove while speaking with Kaizer Chiefs official website, confirmed that it was his father's dream for him to play for the Glamour Boys.

“It was my father’s dream for me to play for the club he has always supported and since the age of about 17 or 18, I have wanted to fulfil that ambition,” he told the club’s official website.
“Right now, he is very happy and so excited, which means the world to me."

The former Orlando Pirates star also narrated how missed out on the chance to join the Soweto giants a while back.

“A while back I missed out on a chance to come here, so I said to myself I will still work hard to hopefully get the opportunity again, so when it did come, I was thrilled to finally sign for Amakhosi.
